1. Program Description
Gruene Saloon LLC operates two SMS messaging programs from the number 830-360-9056:
Program 1 — Transactional SMS
- Reservation confirmations, event reminders, and responses to general inquiries
- Message frequency varies based on your activity

Program 2 — Marketing SMS
- Special offers, discounts, and event announcements
- No more than 4–6 messages per month

2. Standard Commands
- Text STOP to opt out of all messages immediately
- Text HELP for assistance and contact information
- Text START to re-subscribe if you previously opted out
3. Rates & Frequency
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by program and your opt-in selections.
4. Your Data
- We will never sell your phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties
- We will never share your SMS opt-in data with partners for their own marketing use
- Your phone number is used only for the program(s) you consented to
- We use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our SMS platform provider
5. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a US resident to opt in. By opting in you confirm you are the account holder or have permission to use the phone number provided.
